My name is Dr. Augustine Ejiroghene Ebiai, an Associate Professor of Psychology and Head of Department of Psychology. I am from Aragba-Orogun in Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State. I have 31 years of experience in an Academic environment. I have over 32 publications in reputable local, national and International, journals, books and monographs. I am a highly spirited leader having been a head of Department in about six (6) Nigerian universities both at Federal, State and Private. I have supervised Ph.Ds and Master's and several undergraduates students. I have attended several international, national and local conferences. I have set-up several psychological laboratories in many Nigerian Universities. And I have received awards in several universities. I have been member of senate in many Nigerian Universities. I have served in several academic and administrative committees in many Universities including curriculum committee, convocation committee, committee of means and ways. I have also taken my students to so many industrial places of interest and Psychological training based areas such as Psychiatrist hospitals, industrial organizations, clinical settings
