Stephen Mokuye attended the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) for his master's and bachelor's degrees.
He studied Political Science, specializing in Political Economy in his graduate studies.
He joined the services of Dennis Osadebay University in 2022 and has taught the following courses Introduction to Nigerian Government and Politics, Introduction to Political Analysis, Foundations of Political Economy Nigerian Economy, Public Policy Analysis, Politics of Development and Underdevelopment among others.
He is a consumate scholar, prolific writer and researcher. He has published in peer-reviewed local and international journals.
