I am an analytical chemist holding a PhD from the esteemed Ahmadu Bello University. With over 20 years of teaching experience across various educational stages, I specialize in adsorption science, sustainable materials, and environmental chemistry. My research focuses on innovative waste utilization, water quality improvement, and eco-friendly material applications. My teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and practical skills through interactive, hands-on learning experiences. I am dedicated to fostering scientific inquiry, upholding ethical standards, and promoting sustainability while equipping students to address modern societal challenges. As a mentor, I empower students to explore their interests and develop their analytical skills. I also actively contribute to the academic community by serving on several committees that enhance the educational and research environment. On a lighter note, I enjoy sharing my passion for science with students, hoping to inspire the next generation of chemists while maintaining a friendly and approachable atmosphere in the classroom.
