ORITSEJAFOR Offeoritse Favour is a scholar in Soil and Land Resource Management, whose work advances understanding of soil systems, sustainable land use and climate-resilient agriculture. Through research-driven teaching and active mentorship, she cultivates critical thinking and practical competence in students, preparing them to address complex environmental and agricultural challenges. Drawing on experience from a World Bank-supported project and grounded in Community-Driven Development (CDD) principles, Favour integrates participatory and field-based knowledge into academic practice; strengthening the connection between research, policy and real-world application. Her work reflects a commitment to academic excellence, especially with regards to soil fertility and management, innovation, impactful mentorship in land resource management and food security in general.
