Dr. (Mrs) Oluchukwu Precious-favour Nzeneri, MNIOB is a Lecturer in the Department of Building , Faculty of Environmental Sciences, Dennis Osadebay University (DOU), Asaba, Nigeria. Dr. Nzeneri is a lecturer in Building/ construction management. She is actively engaged in teaching and research, with research interest in Construction project manangement, Skilled labour dynamics, Construction education and vocational training, Sustainable construction materials and building practices. Her work focuses on briging the gap between the industry demand and skilled worforce supply in the construction sector in Nigeria. She holds a B.Sc. in Building; M.Sc. in Construction Mgt.; Ph.D in Construction Mgt. obtained from Nnamdi Azikiwe University (NAU) Awka, Anambra State. She started her teaching career with the Department of Building , Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) in 2019 but later joined DOU in Dec. 2024. She is a Corporate member of the Nigerian of Building (NIOB); also, a member of Association of Professional Women Builders of Nigeria (APWBN), Association of Builders in Academia (ABA), Women Academics in Construction (WAiC) and Intercessors for Nigeria (IFN) Asaba, Delta State.
