Onyelukachi Nneoma Ike-Akude is a Nigerian academic, researcher, and lecturer in the field of Estate Management with specialization in urban land management, property valuation, and land policy studies. She is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management at Dennis Osadebay University. Her academic and professional interests focus on urban land governance, compulsory land acquisition, valuation standards, sustainable estate management, and contemporary property administration practices in Nigeria. ESV. Ike-Akude has contributed to scholarly discourse through research publications addressing critical issues in land administration and valuation practice in Nigeria. Her studies have examined adherence to valuation standards, compensation challenges arising from compulsory acquisition, and policy frameworks for improving trust and efficiency in real estate valuation systems. Her works adopt empirical and interdisciplinary approaches aimed at enhancing sustainable land management and equitable compensation systems in developing economies.
