I'm a Banking and finance scholar with strong research and teaching interests in macroeconomics, financial inclusion, monetary and fiscal policy, banking system stability, and sustainable development. Combines over two decades of industry experience with academic research and professional certifications, bringing practical relevance, rigor, and policy insight to teaching and scholarship. My teaching philosophy is anchored on the belief that effective learning occurs when theory is meaningfully connected to real-world practice. Drawing from extensive professional experience in banking, finance, and risk management, I adopt a student-centred, experiential, and problem-solving approach to instruction. I emphasize conceptual clarity by ensuring students fully understand foundational theories before application. I integrate real-life case studies from banking, public finance, and economic policy to enhance relevance and engagement. I encourage critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, ethical awareness, and independent inquiry, particularly in financial decision-making and policy analysis.
