Mrs. Isioma Genevieve Obadan, in May 2021, was appointed Registrar of Dennis Osadebay University, Anwai, Asaba, Delta State. She is an expert in general administration and management acquired through years of varied experience in all aspects of University Administration, Electronic Media and Public Relation.

She graduated with a Bachelor Degree (B.A) in Theatre Arts, University of Benin, after which she obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Public Administration at University of Benin and proceeded for her Masters Degree (MSC) in International Relations in the same University.

She was able to effectively exercise her administrative and managerial experience in different organizations and institutions which includes but not limited to:

• Presenter/Newscaster, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Ikoyi, Lagos State (January 1980- October 1989).
• Presentation Manager, Independent Radio and Television, Benin City, Edo State( March 1997 – July 2002 ).
• PRO/ University Administrator, Benson Idahosa University, Benin City, Edo State (October 2002 – September 2007).
• Senior Presentation Officer, Voice of Nigeria Broadcasting House, Ikoyi, Lagos State (September 2007 – February 2009).
• University Administrator, Caleb University, Imota, Lagos State ( February 2009 – September 2010).
• Planning and Implementation Committee, Elizade University, Ilara Mokin ,Ondo State (September 2010 – February 2012).
• Principal Assistant Registrar, Elizade University, Ilara Mokin, Ondo State ( February 2021 – May 2021).
• Registrar, Dennis Osadebay University, Anwai, Asaba, Delta State ( May 2021- Till Date).
